We are based in the UK however we send parcels worldwide.
Although we cannot offer a straight exchange we are happy to accept items back for a refund with the exception of food and treats. We are also happy to help with sizing, please email us for advice at enquiries@themuzzleshop.com.
We do! We will ship anywhere in the world. You can choose an International Standard Service or a Tracked Service.
International Standard insures your parcel up to a value of £20.
International Tracked fully insures your parcel.
Should your parcel be declared as a loss we will facilitate the claim from the Royal mail, however please be aware of the maximum amount we will be able to claim on your behalf and pay out to you.
We post out daily, tracked 24hr parcels are usually delivered in 1-2 days. International parcels take anything from 7-28 days and is dependent on the Customs in the receiving Country, and as such is beyond our control.
We try and answer all queries as fast as possible, however the email isn’t a manned email box and it may take up to 72hrs to receive a reply. If you don’t receive a reply then please feel free to send a nudge!
Some, but not all Countries charge an import tax for goods sent from the U.K, the amount charged is different for each Country and remains the Customers responsibility as we do not collect this payment on your behalf. This is particularly important for EU Countries as the UK is no longer part of the EU.
Please check with your Country’s import rules on food as not all will allow the import of Treats, causing your parcel to be returned to us.
